Went to Sam’s last night in Duluth. What a great night to get a fricken foot of snow. 20 miles an hour from 25 miles west of Hurley. Roads were bad all the way in. By the time I hit Merriweather I was doing 40mph, a car comes speeding by me doing 60-70 mph. Just short of the Walleye Lodge he was sideways up in the snowbank. We got to Bergland way before they did LOL. I bought a lot of munchies so I hope you are hungry when you come to the bar.
I hope all of you have a nice Thanksgiving with your families, Becker and I are spending the day alone. Maybe a movie or two, a nice fire, some bush light and tequila, and a couple of Porterhouse Steaks…….
Our Little House on the Trail is filling up nicely, thanks to all that are staying with us so far this year. My calendar is up to date so email or call me if you want to reserve it.
